Major Craig Rowe
Corps Officer (Pastor)
Major Craig was born and raised in Newfoundland.  He was commissioned as a Salvation Army officer in 1986 and has been posted in various provinces across Canada: NL, NS, ON, BC, SK, AB, during which time he has been a Corps Officer and as a certified chaplain, he has been posted to The Salvation Army senior’s homes and a harbour light location.  Craig adores his family of 4 grandsons and loves to spend time with them.    
Major Patsy Rowe
Corps Officer (Pastor)
Major Patsy, a Newfoundlander by birth and upbringing, was commissioned as a Salvation Army officer in 1987.  Major Patsy’s education includes her Master of Arts in Pastoral theology.  She is married to her childhood sweetheart and, together, they have 2 sons both married with children.  
Tari
Business Manager
Tari has been working at The Salvation Army in the Finance/Employee Relations Department since December, 2016. She enjoys working in a place that does so much to help people, and continues to be amazed at the incredible generosity of the citizens of Red Deer who assist us in being able to do the work that we do. Tari and her husband have lived in Red Deer for over 30 years, and have 3 daughters.

Community Ministries Worker
Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral studies and has been glad to be using it to serve the Red Deer community through The Salvation Army. She loves spending time with family, friends and her husband. She likes to watch movies and read books. Her favourite indulgences are coffee and chocolate. She also can’t wait to one day have a family and a dog with her amazing husband. She also dreams to one day get a Master’s degree and use it to serve in either a church or university setting.

Lindsay
Administrative Assistant
Lindsay was born and raised in Red Deer. She joined the team as an Administrative Assistant in August 2024, before that she worked as a Registered Massage Therapist. Lindsay and her husband welcomed their first daughter in August 2023 and have two dogs. In her spare time she enjoys spending time at the dog park, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
Bethany
Food Bank Worker
Bethany was adopted from Haiti when she was 8 months old then grew up on a farm in Ponoka County. She has been working with The Salvation Army since 2022, before that she worked as a Daycare Worker. In her spare time, she enjoys; crocheting, playing piano, painting pottery, and candle making.
Scott
Driver
Scott joined the Salvation Army team in January 2024 following a career in mental health which spanned four decades. Originally from Saskatchewan, Scott relocated to Red Deer in 1989 where he and his wife, Karen, put down roots and raised their family. Scott enjoys recreational curling in the winter and long distance running all year round.
